For our team we are currently looking for a:
Project Manager for Companjon
- Responsibility for the project, as well as optimization and continuous development of the existing processes
- Implementation and project management to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Responsibility for achieving all quantitative and qualitative goals in accordance with the contractual assumptions
- Create statistics, budget planning and presentations
- Management and continuous development of the team's employees
- At least 2 years of experience in managing teams in customer service (min. 15-20 people)
- Experience in managing multi-channel projects/teams (e.g. chat, e-mail, telephone etc.)
- Fluency in English (at least spoken and written C1)
- Knowledge of German is appreciated, but not obligatory
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of management techniques and Call Center tools
- Understanding of KPIs
- Experience in planning and implementing quality management processes
- Business studies nice to have
- Strong service and customer service orientation
- High level of commitment and proactivity
