Your role
Are you interested in product and solution management support and administration? Do you like to continuously improve processes? We look for someone like that to:
- work with senior managers to prepare materials and meeting minutes, setup board meeting, coordinate follow ups for Global Solution and Advisory Boards
- support product managers and solution owners in managing their solutions
- assess end user access rights requests
- execute annual reviews of end user access rights
- act as MM&D counterparty to Divisional Security Officers
- cost shred process management
- propose, implement and track run the bank cost allocation keys for solutions
Your team
You'll be working in the Multichannel Management & Digitization team in our Wroclaw office. The MM&D team is responsible for the product management of the Client and Client Advisor Workbenches for all Private Clients, Corporate Clients, Call Agents and Intermediaries with a focus on Booking Center Switzerland. As a Project Management Officer you will support our product managers and solution owners in administrating their solutions.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- a bachelor degree (preferably master's degree) with focus on Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
- 3+ years of previous experience in a project or product management environment
- analytical skills ability to process and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data
- a distinct service orientation and good interpersonal skills across seniority levels
- excellent MS Office skills, especially profound MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge
- ability to communicate at a senior level across the organization and be considered as a trusted business partner
You are:
- fluent in English, German as additional asset
- interested in the development of efficient project management related processes
- a communicative, independent and proactive personality
- able to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and work under pressure
