Project Engineer / Junior Consultant

Job description
- participation and support in operations, maintenance and asset management improvement projects in the EMEA region
- development of project documentation (tools, reports, process maps, presentations, etc.)
- support for consultants in the project execution
- conducting workshops and trainings related to projects
- support for SEAM Group team in carrying out administrative and office tasks
Requirements
- good command of English is a must; knowledge of any other European language would be a considerable advantage
- technical degree (master's degree not required)
- very good knowledge of MS Office
- basics of VBA / programming / databases would be an advantage
- knowledge of issues related to Production and Maintenance would be an advantage
- knowledge of the TPM or RCM methodology is not required, but would be an advantage
- experience as a specialist/engineer/planner in the maintenance department would be an advantage
- very good work organization
- ability to establish positive relations – comprehensibility, openness
- valid driver’s license
- willingness for business trips (10-50% of the time)
