Your profile
You will have a relevant Master's Degree or similar within a relevant discipline.
Additionally, you will have extensive experience with managing wind farm development projects and cooperating with authorities, eg utilities, municipalities, RDEP, county offices and liaison activities.
You should also have experience with managing project teams.
As we are an international company, you must speak and write English and Polish fluently.
Ideally, you will be able to draw upon a wide net of professional contacts in the energy sector and be able to set up and organise meetings with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
It will be advantageous if you have qualifications within electrical engineering, layout and wind resource assessment or civil works. Alternatively, you may have experience from actual construction of wind farms or comparable construction projects, including detailed design, dimensioning, preparation of tender specifications, contract negotiations, procurement of the main components, quality inspections at the suppliers' plant site, supervision and site management, various acceptance tests, etc.
It is essential that you have an entrepreneurial approach to your work combined with the ability to seek solutions to challenges, as you will be part of a new team developing our company's wind activities in Poland. You will have the ability to work both independently and together with your business partners. You will also have an analytical approach to your work as you will be dealing with a large number of data requiring you swiftly to extract critical issues.
Furthermore, you will have a high level of integrity and strong negotiation and communication skills as you will liaise frequently with many stakeholders, including our Danish headquarters.
