The role is ideal for those who are good at organizing a complex workload, seeking to develop project management and client consulting skills.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with market research analysts and clients on basic study objectives, client requirements and study design
- Designing proposals to meet these objectives
- Reviewing and providing feedback on concept stimuli for research fieldwork
- Developing high quality creative questionnaires; including quality checking and translations
- Acting as a point of contact for the client regarding the questionnaire, test product, concept stimuli, and data collection
- Coordinating, communicating and documenting all research study information, deadlines and changes, whilst managing timelines
- Liaising with internal and external departments on pre-field set-up
Our candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Business fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Professional experience is an additional asset
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service skills
- An interest in new product development and market research
- Knowledge of a second European language would be an advantage
