As a Project Coordinator in HR Services, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join over 400 colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with HR, IT, financial and procurement operations.

We have embarked on a global HR transformation journey, aimed at enabling service excellence across the entire organization. We are shaping the future of HR in Arla, and we need you to help us making this happen! Bringing value to the Business is in our heart, and we do so by delivering top quality services, constantly trying to improve and optimize them.
- act as a project coordinator regarding internal projects, transitions, new tasks and implement improvements.
- implement backlog-management within HR SSC.
- closely cooperate with Solution Owners.
- assist in scoping, planning and execution of projects owned by Global HR.
- document project deliverables and help to secure strong hand-over to operation.
- share learning’s and best practise across HR in order to secure efficient processes.
Helping to ensure continuous business anchoring of the projects through close dialogue with manager, project sponsor and key stakeholders (change management) will be part of your job.
- support building project/programme plans, incl. scope, timetable, resource needed, business case, risks and communication and secure approval of project.
- need to secure timely planning of resources, following the Arla Project guidelines and help in reports on project progress, risk and issues to Global HR management, according to provided templates (collection of project resources data and reporting).

- Project leading experience and Agile mindset
- Global HR processes understanding as an asset
- Capability of building positive relationships and manage stakeholders
- Change management and negotiation skills preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and high commitment
- Fluency in English – written and verbal
- Worked with VSTS or Microsoft Projects
