Your role
Are you solid as a rock when things are getting tight, time is running and quick solutions are needed?
We're looking for a PMO / Change Management Specialist to support HR Reporting & Analytics Technology Upgrade Program. Program focuses on deployment of new data visualization technology, in line with UBS HR Digital strategy.
Role is to provide PMO and Change Management support, specifically you will:
- work with program manager in all aspects of project management such as scope, budget and schedule management according to the guidelines outlined in the Project Management Framework (goto/pmf)
- own Program Status Reports, RAID log, PPM management, project change requests, as well as program financials, business case, cost & benefits tracking
- closely collaborate with the HR Strategic Change Programs teams and other stakeholders within HR, IT and other functions across the globe
- work with program manager and aligned UBS Communications specialist to prepare and execute change management and communications plan
- take part in stakeholder and their communication needs mapping, change impact analysis and other change management activities
- prepare communication materials and campaigns for stakeholders at all levels of organization – senior HR management, HR BP community and their teams
- run information sessions for stakeholders
- run training sessions for end users of new suite of interactive tableau reports
Your team
You'll be part of and working with program manager & program committee. You will also work with HR Strategic Change Programs team, UBS Communications team and HR Reporting & Analytics team which consists of highly skilled business intelligence professionals.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- experience with running PMO services including project financials (business case, costs & benefits tracking)
- strong written and verbal communication skills, can comfortably interact with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- experience in running user-training sessions
You are:
- familiar with PPM and UBS program management framework
- advanced skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and MS Excel, as well as with MS SharePoint
- fluent in English
