NIRAS IC Sp. z o.o. is a consultancy company, part of the NIRAS International Consulting with HQ in Denmark, working with donor-financed international development projects mainly within the environment, agriculture, regional and social development and education sector.
Currently NIRAS is searching for candidates for a position of:
- Support in project management and administration: continuous follow-up of project progress, financial administration and quality check of financial documents, logistical support for travels and events around the world, cooperation with international clients/experts, etc.
- Assistance in preparing proposals and tenders as part of a Tender Team: assessment of documents, CV search, selection, evaluation, formatting and editing, preparing parts of the technical proposals, etc.
- General support to marketing and project administration: editing of reports and info materials, maintenance of website and social media, update of project records and archives, etc.
We are looking for an energetic person who is involved in the work, with strong organizational skills, who is market oriented and has interest in international co-operation. The position requires flexibility and ability to work independently and efficiently under time pressure as part of the team.
- Very good level of spoken and written English. Knowledge of other foreign languages will be a strong asset;
- Academic degree (or final year), preferably in project management or fields related to the operation of NIRAS International Consulting;
- Full computer literacy (MS Office with practical knowledge of Word and Excel at advanced level);
- Experience of working in international business environment is an asset;
- Capacity to deliver in time with solution oriented attitude;
- Very good verbal and written communication skills;
- Flexibility and ability to manage pressure.
