Program Quality Lider

Main tasks:
- analyse offers from suppliers in their field of competence & recommend improvement during the supplier kick-off,
- check packaging definitions, validate packaging specifications, sign off the PPA (Purchase Part Approval), release packaging and validate backup for BOPs of intercompany suppliers,
- design the control plan by validating the quality targets, checking production gages specifications, testing requirements & facilities and checking the prototype control plan on new processes in the plant,
- validate the incoming inspection plan with SQA,
- update the control plan (including Perceived Quality, product & process SC) into pre-series Control Plan together with Program Quality Engineer (following prototype build),
- during the Pre-Series: execute incoming inspections according to plan and issue final assemblies inspection reports prior to delivery,
- analyze measurement reports for tools, sign tool and gages pre-acceptance before transfer,
- qualify measurement system and validate the Poka Yoke according to QSE (Quality System Efficiency) standard,
- update pre-series control plan & create production control plan (including Perceived Quality SC),
- lead validation of all packaging with PSE/ production/ logistics based on Initial Samples,
- perform process audit during Mass Production Trial Run & issue reports (final process acceptance),
- validate Production Control Plan (including Perceived Quality SC), ensure required quality level for deliveries (Install quality wall to protect customer at SOP if necessary) and sign-off PPA file to present it to customer.
Requirements:
- master's degree in engineering,
- 3-5 years of proven experience in the Automotive industry,
- proven competency in control plans, D/PFEMA's, QFD, Process Audits, ISO9001 & IATF 16949, Key Characteristic management, 8D/Corrective action skills, APQP,MSA,SPC,& PPAP,
- trained in Program Management System,
- very good level of English language in spoken and written,
- very good level of German language in spoken and written,
- customer relationship skills,
- above average communication skills, leadership skills and interpersonal skills,
- international mindset,
- ability to work in Matrix organization,
- strong analytical and proven team oriented problem solving-skills required,
- readiness to frequent business trips.
