Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Manage one or more Delivery Leads as well as health and longevity of the accounts supervised.
- Ensure that the Delivery Lead, Project Leads and the execution team have all the tools required for their day to day tasks.
- Provide support to all Program Leads functions and responsibilities.
- Have detailed understanding of major implementations, projects that are either strategic or have potential risk and to be able to provide guidance to the team.
- Facilitate regular meetings with Delivery Leads and formally discuss GMA, unbillable, project statuses, talent risks/needs & development.
- Work with their Program Manager counterparts on opportunities for resource sharing, solutions development/delivery, and general knowledge sharing.
- Report on a weekly basis highlighting key accomplishments, work in progress, high level risks and issues across one’s organization.
- Partner and work closely with their Acct Mgmt counterparts and include them in meetings as appropriate and use them as a resource.
- Program Manager leads by example and model behaviors that we want all team members to exhibit. Meeting commitments, delivering as promised with quality and a sense of urgency. Collaborating with others, treating them with respect, holding people accountable. Coaching when mistakes are made, identifying and addressing road blocks for the team, overall professionalism, etc.
- Fluent English (plus additional Western European language will be an asset
- University degree
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Experience in project management
- Understanding of Digital Marketing, technology or Web development and User Experience projects
- Ability to build relationship with large number of individuals across all levels in the organization
- Ability to work independently and determine appropriate priority
- Focused on delivering results
- Oriented to details and motivated to work in corporate environment
- Ability to define and implement strategy aspects of the account such as: type of model/engagement (project, retainer, mixed), internal team structure (pool, dedicated teams, mixed) and most importantly, the global “End-to-End” process that defines the client’s POCs and internal handoffs/processes.
- Ability to play a key role during the initial engagement with a new client and earn the client’s trust culturally and professionally by representing Accenture’s talents and capabilities while understanding, , the Client’s needs and required solutions, from a business perspective.
- Understanding of various processes at a time and ability to present them in a clear manner to various stakeholder
