At least 2 years’ experience as a program manager or at least 5 years’ experience as a project manager, technical project manager or similar in IT or Telecom industry;

Project management, IT, Telecommunications degree or equivalent work experience;

Fluent in English both orally and in writing;

Problem-solving orientation and orientation on achieving results;

Ability to: work under pressure, think analytically, describe and introduce new processes and control the process, plan, prepare and perform the audit;

Excellent communication and relationship building skills;

Knowledge of project management methodologies and theory;

Excellent presentation skills, both regarding tools and techniques;

Ability to work effectively under time pressure in order to meet committed deadline;

Strong customer relations skills are a must;

Willingness to travel US for 1+ year.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or (PRINCE2) strongly preferred.

Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program;

Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization;

Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program;

Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement;

Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization;

Perform risk management to minimize the program risks;
-
Maintain effective communication and working relationships with customers and program team members;
-
Liaise with other managers to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery;
-
Coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency;

Establish and implement a performance management process for all program staff;
-
Ensure that the program operate within the approved budget;
-
Monitor and approve all budgeted program expenditures;
-
Recruit, interview and select well-qualified program staff.
