Job Description:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
- Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year
- Minimum master's degree
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, Russian, French, Spanish would be an asset
- 4+ years of overall experience within industry or consulting (preferred) with an international exposure
- Project experience in business transformation, optimization and improvements across different fields at least 3 of the following areas:
o Clinical Trials Operationso R&D BDo Medico-legal Complianceo Pharmaco vigilanceo Should be a part of the system implementation either as business user or conduct User Acceptance Testing in area of R&D / Clinical Trials
- Experience in system implementation either as a business user or conducting User Acceptance Testing in area of:
o Veeva (preferred)o Seibel CRM systemso Any SFE/CRM systemso Web Analyticso other
- Understanding of CQ 5 / Adobe will be an asset
- Skilled in using MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint,
- Managed teams and project delivery experience
- Strong business development experience and abilities
- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills
- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
- Should have an excellent, established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements,
- Should possess strong program management skills
- Should have managed teams and project delivery experience
- Should express strong business development experience and abilities
- Project Delivery: work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients. Responsibilities may include strategy and process design in the following areas:
o Drug Research Process Improvements
o Clinical Trials Process Improvements
o Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Events monitoring systems and processes
- Business Development: Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice
- Industry Expertise: provide industry expertise in various sub-segments of the Pharma/Biotech/CRO industry
- Domain Development: develop assets and methodologies, development of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals
