Our Client is Europe’s leading manufacturing partner for the engineering industry. They offer highly specialized engineering competencies across the entire supply chain through its production sites in Finland, Estonia, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia. Their service portfolio in Janów Lubelski production site includes welded components and structures, operator cabins, assembly and turnkey deliveries as well as machining and outsourcing services.
On behalf of our Client we are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of:
The right person has a target and innovation-driven approach, experience in steel structures production management as well as LEAN Manufacturing knowledge. At this position you will develop and manage engineering and production processes in an international environment. Your actions will lead to fulfilment of external customers’ requirements about efficiency, continuous development, delivery accuracy and quality.
You will be leading the engineering, welding and CNC machining departments with focus in Health & Safety, LEAN Manufacturing activities as well as co-operation with production planning and logistic. You have a proper understanding of customer engineering design records and specifications as implementation of possible new products will be also one of your responsibilities.

- Good knowledge about ISO standards (14001, 9001 and 3834-2)

- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
