Production Manager

As a result of dynamic growth of our organization we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Production Manager. The person hired on this position will be responsible for comprehensive management of the production department.
Tasks:
- Ensure timely implementation of the production plan and the proper conduct of the manufacturing process;
- Improving the efficiency of the production process of oil type transformers;
- Competence development of subordinate team;
- Initiating measures to streamline processes and technology;
- Supervision and control of compliance with technological instructions, technical specifications and quality standards in the production process;
- Development of methods and tools that optimize the work;
- Ongoing analysis of their performance and reporting;
- Planning of employment and the use of allocated resources;
- Active and effective management of subordinate personnel;
- Active participation and initiative in ensuring compliance with safety and build a culture of safe work.
Key requirements:
- Higher technical education (preferred: electrical engineering, automation);
- Experience in managing manufacturing teams;
- Comunicative English language skills;
- Good command of Polish;
- Knowledge of the technical aspects of building oil type transformers will be an advantage;
- Experience in the application of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM);
- Knowledge of MS Office, welcome knowledge of ECS and SAP;
- Self-reliance, responsibility and orientation for the implementation of the tasks assigned;
- Ability to work in a team and excellent organization of their own work.
