We are currently centralizing operations in Warsaw to support our expanding European business. This opportunity will allow you to work with one of the fastest growing entertainment service companies in the world.
Working as part of a team to ensure the timely delivery of set task lists which could include scheduling, preparing language files, data inputting, rendering them to proper delivery specifications, and participating in quality control to ensure a timely and quality product.
- Update and maintain database and records for work in progress
- Work closely with suppliers to schedule work, set deadlines, create workflows and problem solving
- Negotiate rates for special projects
- Sign off and process supplier invoices
- Make sure projects are created according to the client’s requirements
- Make sure that all deadlines are met
- Perform technical quality checks to the files
- Ensure work produced complies with company and the client’s standards
- Provide feedback on work produced to relevant parties
- Assist in monitoring supplier capacity and quality
- Effectively navigate and modify internal files in an organized manner
- Actively participate in recommendations in improvements in the process
- Closely work with the in-house IT and European media department to solve problems
- Perform general administration duties.
