Job Description
We are looking to establish a new Customer Support Team based in Gdańsk that will focus on providing a quality product support service to customers of Confirmation, part of Thomson Reuters.
Confirmation, now part of Thomson Reuters, is the digital platform and global network trusted by audit firms, banks, law firms, and credit managers to quickly and securely verify financial data. Confirmation invented electronic confirmations nearly 20 years ago, reshaping the audit confirmation process. Today, Confirmation helps 1.5 million users across 170 countries confirm more than $1 trillion in financial data every year.
The team will provide support to our customers globally.
About the Role
Product Support Representatives at Confirmation are tasked with gathering the appropriate Authorization and Authentication documentation for all validated users of the Confirmation application. They ensure that users accessing our platform are appropriately licensed and that their accounts are setup correctly. Product Support Representatives are required to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and provide accurate, timely information about our applications to both internal staff and external users.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Gathers the appropriate Authorization and Authentication documentation for all validated users of the Confirmation.com application

Follows documented procedures and utilize the internet, phone, email, and other subscription-based services to verify user information such as: physical address, appropriate licenses, employment status, etc

Prepares the final submission of verification evidence and submits to the supervisor

Follows-up with users and/or internal stakeholders

Performs revalidation procedures in line with SOC Audit

Perform account and user maintenance and modifications as directed

Performs support tasks associated with daily operations such as filing and copying
About You
Essential Skills & Experience

Requires 1-2 years of work-related experience

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English

Comfortable with computer technology and learning new applications

Solid communication skills with ability to effectively respond to questions

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Strong customer service & people skills

Problem solving & attention to detail

Work as part of a team & individually

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Self-motivated, quick and intuitive learner

Prior call centre or customer service experience a plus
