For our Client, a company from aviation industry, we are currently looking for an experienced Product Support Manager.
Job description
- Managing Product Support and Customer Support Divisions, as well as Maintenance and Service Engineering departments
- Managing customer complaints concerning maintenance services and spare part planning, establishing policies for customer care
- Developing and managing financial budget
- Identifying customer support offerings aligh wth current products
- Increasing availability of fleet for customers
- Increasing revenue of Product Support division
- Providing leadership to customer support services operations
Candidate
- 10 years of experience in after sales services, maintenance or customer support in aviation industry
- 5 years of experience on managerial positions
- Strong customer orientation
- Extensive knowledge of European aircraft industry
- Knowledge and practical experience in maintenance services
- Fluent English other European language nice to have
- Experience in business relations with military servies is a must
