We build intuitive SaaS products for process optimization in hospitals. Our software runs as a cloud and on-premise system for several German hospital operators. We consistently rely on the latest software architecture, intelligent algorithms and intuitive usability. Our international and interdisciplinary team pursues the mission to automate administrative processes in the hospital and thus to put the patient at the center of all activities.
Your tasks:
- You design and specify new features and always keep an eye on the benefits for our customers
- You coordinate the internal development process and communication between all stakeholders involved, e.g. Dev, Data, Customer Success
- Business Intelligence - you know the market, know what the competition is doing and you are informed about the latest developments
- You develop best practices and benchmarks and support the various teams in their implementation

Desired skills and experience:
- Practical experience in product development in the software area
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent German and English skills
- Broad experience in the use of tools that support the software development process (e.g. Jira, Confluence, ...)
- Experience with primary / secondary market research and customer surveys, A / B testing, feature flagging, survey tools, etc. are part of your tool kit
Additionaly:
- Proven track record as product owner for a B2B SaaS product
- Knowledge of UI / UX design
- Experience in the health sector
- Basic knowledge of statistics and machine learning
