Our Client is a part of the world's most international businesses from the FMCG sector, with brands sold in more than 200 markets around the world. Currently, we are looking for a Candidate who will join Warsaw Tech-Hub (IDT – Information&Digital Technology) as a Product Owner . Main core of this role is to ensure that for every new requirement an optimal functional solution has been identified and the Serialization & Track and Trace Template remains consistent. This is a cross functional role which require understanding of other components of Track and Trace (ME/LE) to have a visibility how change in legal requirements affects upstream systems.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving the evolution of the relevant product(s), where appropriate by delivering through central capabilities (internal team and System Integrator (SI))
- Synchronizing the work with other product owners to ensure the reporting compliance is not negatively affected
- Explain the customer and business need to the immediate team, and collaborate effectively with them to break down complex pieces of work into smaller deliverable pieces of value; work with the team to write user stories and acceptance tests, provide direction on short-term tasks/near-term priorities
- Managing successful end-to-end delivery of product iterations, prioritising work and making appropriate trade-offs
- Collaborating with other product teams, Manufacturing/Logistics SMEs, legal department, Deployment teams, Data and Analytics team and others both within and outside the Programme structure
- Understand and report progress against agreed outcomes and related success measures
- Using data to drive analysis of new features / iterations and drive prioritisation of future work
- Reviewing the functional end to end design to confirm its suitability in regard to business requirements
Main requirements:
- Degree educated IT professional with business-facing IT experience in a global environment
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with working knowledge of agile practices
- Knowledge of the following: logistic processes, EDI
- Previous experience in designing solutions and/or configuration of software packages
- Strong people skills with ability to communicate, engage, influence and inspire colleagues and stakeholders
- Nice to have: manufacturing processes, ELT/Data processing and analysis, integration, EPCIS standard, SAP ATTP
