Product Owner

You will be a good match if you are/have:

Good communication skills - ability to express all messages in a clear, unequivocal way in both - speech and writing
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of estimation techniques
Ability to influence without authority
Ability to quick measure/estimate business value or impact of the feature
Understanding the principals of Agile methodologies
Basic knowledge about at least one of the most popular agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban or similar
Understanding the basics of project management aspects
Willingness to learn quickly to provide the best solutions on the market
Fluent English in both, speech and writing

You get extra points for:

One of the following certificates that prove your skills: Professional Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent
Technical background that allows to work smoothly with engineers

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

Collecting requirements and ideas and conveying them into the Epics and Stories
Managing the product backlog in accordance to the best practices
Setting priorities to maximise delivered value and satisfy customers’ needs
Setting milestones and preparing product roadmaps
Dealing with tradeoffs - finding the right balance to meet users and customers’ expectations
Emphasising the product vision and the direction to customers and the development team
Cooperating with and managing stakeholders
Cooperating with engineers, UX/UI designers and QA Engineers on a daily basis
Participating in meetings related to product as refinements, reviews
Managing releases and inspecting overall progress
Supporting Sales teams with value proposals and preparing offers
