Responsibilities:
- Being the owner of the product in all scenarios of integration in future digital enterprise architecture.
- Searching for the area of integration and acceptance of SAP Business Technology Platform Cloud / SaaS / IoT.
- Translating integration business requirements to technical requirements.
- Planning and Project Management in integration-related projects.
- Managing topics and projects related to corporate architecture.
- Making sure the quality of the IT EDI services / integration technology provided matches the negotiated KPIs and ensure quality control through continuous review and gradual improvement.
- Working with the SAP CPI / PO Team Leader and other functional leaders to customize the project and during implementation.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders in Digital Transformation Services and providing the highest level of service quality.
- Collaborating with operational teams in the appropriate area.
Requirements:
- At least:
-> 3 years of experience in a similar role (eg. as Project manager or Product Owner) in a global environment
-> 2 years of experience in Agile delivery.
- Experience with:
-> SAP technology
-> SAP integration CPI or PO, EDI Technology
-> Different integration solutions e.g. Kafka, MuleSoft, etc.
-> Stakeholder management between IT and business (Global Process Owners, system owners on the business side (mission-critical applications). - Communicating across different teams with various cultural backgrounds abilities
- More than 5 cycles of end-to-end Project Management in the data integration area.
- Open for international travel depending on business needs (approx. 10%).
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
- Superb analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
- Great English and Polish skills (written and spoken)
