This role is pivotal in understanding our existing solutions and products (both current and upcoming) and helping to identify and prioritize enablement and training gaps within our sales organization. You will be an expert on our products, our customers and competition and be able to translate this knowledge into high-impact materials that clearly communicate the value of our products to the marketplace.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product positioning and messaging platforms that differentiates our products in the market
- Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support our products through Elavon’s multiple sales channels in Poland
- Collaborate with Learning and Development team to ensure the sales team has the content they need at each stage of the customer purchasing process
- Ensure that the sales organization is well-equipped with the content and knowledge of our products to actively nurture and close deals
- Work with partners on content development and training delivery
- Work in partnership with marketing team to sustain a robust understanding of target audiences, buyer personas, and market segments
- 3+ years of work experience in product marketing and sales enablement in a B2B environment
- Experience and knowledge of payment industry, Small Business, and Mobile preferred
- Minimum education: BS degree, preferably in Sales / Marketing
- Fluency in both written and spoken Polish and English is required. An additional language skill in French or German is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office software applications - MS Word, Excel, Visio, must be extremely proficient in PowerPoint
