Currently, for our consumer business we are looking for a suitable individual for a position Product Marketing Manager. On this position you will be responsible for managing a team of product marketers and you will be responsible for the entire product portfolio in the market. You will translate marketing strategy/plans into a business plan and bridge the business offerings with the local market requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages day-to-day operations of the product marketing team setting them for success in their designated product portfolio
- Manages collectively the margins and prices of all product portfolios
- Leads the overall BMC planning and strategy with BGs (business groups)
- Enables forecast accuracy of all product portfolios
- Manages revenues and IGM targets within the assigned products
- Ensures offers are aligned with market needs
- Establishes high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maximizes Lighting's (brand) positioning
- Defines and builds required capabilities to drive performance of product marketing teams
- Drives cross functional collaboration, strategic focus and organization agility
- Influences a winning spirit, embedding our culture within Product Marketing teams
Key requirements:
- Bachelor degree in tech Science, Business Administration in marketing/sales or a related discipline
- Fluent English both verbal and written
- 10+ years of overall product marketing responsibilities within a large technology company with predominance of systems and services
- 5+ years of proven track record in using appropriate product positioning, pricing, distribution, service and promotion plan techniques to positively impact market share, sales target, margin, business penetration beyond the technical characteristics of the product
- 5+ years of experience working in a global set-up connecting the marketing & sales with product management functions
- 3+ years in market/customer facing operations: B2C - different go-to-market models
- 5+ years of direct people management experience with ability to develop high quality product marketers
- Understanding Data Management & Analytics
- Possesses a high degree of technical competence will be an asset
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong understanding of product marketing and product management
