Your role:
Currently we are looking for a suitable candidate for a position of Product Marketing Manager - Lighting Controls and Systems, you will be responsible for product management in CEE region. Position is assigned to Product Marketing team, CEE function. Key goal is to maintain the strategic directions of product development and product management of Lighting Controls & Systems in CEE region. You will focus on Professional Lighting (B2B) portfolio of market segments within Office & Industry, Retail & Hospitality, and Public.
Key Areas of Responsibility:

Based on the market insights lead the process of defining segments products strategy

Creation and implementation of product marketing strategy for assigned portfolio of Lighting Controls and Systems portfolio (Dali, Dynalite, CityTouch, IoT) for entire CEE market

Provide market insight (local competition, market trends, customer needs, technology trends) and create directions for portfolio development

Manage and coordinate the product marketing introduction process (SAP, catalogues, price list, etc.)

Secure proper tools & training for internal & external partners (sales force, clients)

Provide daily support for sales teams in all segments
Requirements:
-
Master degree in Business or Engineering - combination of technical (electronic/lighting/automation) and/or marketing background is preferred

Fluent English and Polish (both oral and writing) is required

2+ years of experience in B2B on similar position, preferably in lighting technology

4+ proven experience in product/project management

Knowledge of Lighting Controls and Systems like: Dali, Dynalite, CityTouch, KNX, BMS, IoT, etc. is required

Strong commercial communication and presenting skills
