Our client is widely recognized global pharmaceutical company, leader in the treatment of chronic
conditions. The company develops, produces and commercializes innovative products for diabetes, haemophilia, growth disorders and obesity.
Currently, for our Client we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Place of work: Warsaw
An active member of the Marketing Team, working with local Commercial Teams and Regional Brand Teams will develop and implement the Strategic and Tactical Marketing Plans in line with the strategy at a country level. She/he will have a direct responsibility for ensuring effective marketing strategy implementation within the country.
Main Responsibilities:
- Development of long and short term marketing strategy for the brands through marketing plan preparation
- Defining target segments, positioning, communication and support tools for marketing strategy implementation
- Responsibility for clearly defining and elaborating local tactical plans in line with brand strategy, which is agreed with the management for implementation in the country
- Planning & developing product launch plans and key cycle messages, as well as promotional materials
- Ensure achievement of sales targets with cooperation with sales management
- Manage KOL plan
- Analyzing and measuring market needs and trends, identifying key growth drivers/limiters
- Manage the promotional budget to maximum effect, in order to deliver top and bottom line objectives
- Support and train sales force in the execution of marketing programs including new promo materials
- Monitor and report effectiveness of local promotional materials and activities
- Track activities in tactical plan to ensure timely execution
- Anticipate, communicate and counter competitor strategy in the market
- Strong cooperation with other teams including medical functions to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Spend time in the field to understand market, monitor strategy implementation quality
- Support head office needs regarding analysis of local market and market in-sights
- Ensure that marketing strategies and tactics are prepared and implemented in line with legal and compliance requirements
- Ensure that the local organization and International Team is kept up to date on competitors’ activities etc.
Your Profile:
- Masters’ Degree, preferably in natural sciences or business
- Marketing experience (3 - 4 years min.) in similar position at pharma market
- Understanding and experience in diabetes marketing will be an advantage
- Strong organizational, project management and presentation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Creative, open-minded and able to learn fast
- Proactive
- Active team player with good influencing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and supportive
- Highly motivated and having inner drive
- Fluent in English (essential)
