For our Client, a part of the international FMCG concern specialized in food production, we are looking for a professional Product Development Manager, who will act as Project Manager. The best candidate will be the first point of contact within supply chain for the initial stages of NPD projects. He will introduce innovative solutions and best practices to increase value to the company's bottom line.
- Deliver value adding projects on time within budget with no customer service issues
- Provide support to the Initiative Manager in review of NPD projects prior to funnel gates
- Provide support to the Initiative Manager to complete portfolio management with designed portfolio sector
- Deliver projects in accordance with standardised ways of working
- Actively develop and imbed improved ways of working within supply chain
- Experience or strong knowledge of processes and procedures across commercial and supply chain areas
- Strong understanding of business and financial process within an international company environment
- New Product Development experience
- Ability to understand cross functional interdependencies and potential impacts on a project critical path
- Ability to operate in a matrix management environment delivering
- Demonstrated networking, relationship building and influencing skills
- Strong project management and capacity to initiate change
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English is a must ( additional language is a plus)
