Key responsibilities
Consulting and active selling at the customer’s site:
- Analyzing technical processes with customer’s engineering department
- Development of customer-specific solutions
- Establishing and expanding customer and supplier relationships (together with Sales Teams, Group Engineering and Group Procurement)
Product and solution trainings:
- For internal employees and customers
- Consultant for technical questions of internal employees and customers
Administrative tasks:
- Project Management for the ongoing projects dedicated to the specific clients
- Maintaining customer and supplier master data
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar position in technical products groups or related industries
- Experience in project management and solution selling in a technical environment
- Technical specialist with strong selling skills
- Existing network in the Swiss mechanical and electrical engineering industries
- Strong technical problem solving skills
- Basic commercial training
- Service and customer-oriented
- Positive, convincing and inspiring personality
- Self-driven
- Analytical way of thinking
- Willingness to travel: >30%
- CAD/Autocad experience
- Knowledge of IT-Tools (MS Office, Sales Tools)
- Fluent local language (written & oral)
- Fluent English (written & oral)
