We are looking for a strong candidate for the position "Procurement Process & System specialist (Customer Care) ", based in Łódź.
- At least 2 year experience on similar position
- Fluent English
- Communicative Spanish and/or German

- Provides system maintenance and updates (e.g. workflow tables, catalogue maintenance, IDOC monitoring)
- Manages administrative tasks (user creation and maintenance, roles and attributes assignment, handling system errors)
- Provides training for end users (tool navigation and process understanding)
- Performs required reporting and trend analysis
- Maintains related documentation
- Engages in projects/initiatives related to process and system
