For our Client we are looking for Procurement Operations Specialist
Your main responsibilities on this position will be entering data into SAP MM system based on requests from organizations, sending orders to suppliers, completing small orders from organization, investigating in case of differences between orders and invoices, answering questions regarding orders / invoices from own organization and/or suppliers, finalizing contracts and reviewing of completeness.
Ideal candidate for this role will have good understanding of procurement processes, knowledge of SAP MM, very good verbal and written business communication skills in English and German, fast learner approach and have the ability to work independently.
