Our Client is major leading international FMCG company.Due to the enforcement of the company's position in Poland, we are looking for the most suitable candidate to fulfill the position of Procurement Manager to strengthen and develop the procurement department in the company.
This high profile role will enable you to take a pro-active approach in developing and implementing the Procurement strategy and procedures. You will be required to foster excellent relations with internal and external customers to ensure continuous functioning of the company.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Optimize the management of the indirect spend for polish and international subsidiaries
- Take an active part in the design and implementation of local, regional and global sourcing plans and strategies by leading or participating in spend management.
- Identify, develop and manage strategic business relationships, internally and externally, to ensure the alignment of sourcing strategies to meet local business requirements.
- Gain comprehensive industry knowledge of best practices, processes, and technology trends to proactively adjust sourcing strategy for indirect commodities
- Identify metrics, tools, and processes to optimize sourcing and supplier innovation and efficiencies.
- Participate in the development and negotiation of contract agreements with suppliers.
The ideal Candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Relevant Procurement experience, preferably in FMCG/Pharma/Cosmetics sector,
- Experience in management of indirect commodities,
- Proven results in building and implementation of purchasing procedures
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of ERP systems
- Ability to build and manage business partner relationships,
- Strong project management and good interpersonal skills,
- Very good English
