As a Procurement Compliance Manager, you become a part of Procurement and our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers. As Procurement Compliance Manager, you will be part of the Source2Pay organization within Procurement. This is team of 40 colleagues working with optimization of both operational and strategic procurement processes and tools, with half of the team based in Gdansk and half of the team is based on Denmark.
In this role you will play an essential role in creating the future of Procurement. You will take lead to define, implement and support the Procurement organization to optimise key Procurement performance metrics.
- Define and review key Procurement KPI’s and reporting methods, including development of Procurement reporting dashboards and management reporting structures,
- Ensure that Procurement KPI’s and reports are understood and deployed among key users within Procurement as well as among other relevant key stakeholders,
- Support and define structures for Procurement business responsible to monitor relevant KPI’s on a continuous basis,
- Recommend relevant actions and priorities to be taken by the business responsible to improve compliance levels,
- Maintain a close corporation with Procurement stakeholders and demonstrate profound Stakeholder Management towards the rest of Supply Chain and other Procurement peer functions,
- Take part in defining, delivering and managing Procurement projects to ensure progress,
- Take part in cross functional projects with procurement involvement, to ensure progress,
- Actively take part in development of business process within Procurement and maintain close corporation with the rest of the Source2Pay.

You have an open mindset and you are eager to improve our business whenever you see the chance. You are able to navigate in a large organization, among different cultures – as well online as in person.
- A commercial education at either Master level within business administration, economics or similar,
- At least 3-5 years of practical experience within an international organization.
- A profound process oriented mindset - preferably you already have a good business understanding of Procurement processes and structures,
- Experience with performance management and a logic mindset that enable you to easily analyze key performance indicators based on actuals and business understanding,
- Good internal and external stakeholder management skills, also on a distance,
- Openness to challenging status quo,
- A good sense of identifying root causes and defining relevant corrective actions to address different business challenges.
