Welcome to the Cards 4 Disputes Team. We add value by deciding about claims raised by customers on cards transactions. As Process Officer you’ll play a valuable role in being part of great Disputes Casehandlers group
What you’ll be doing:
- Working with Disputes process for Norwegian and Swedish customers
- Getting experience on interesting and based on international regulations process
- Creating and updating documentation and procedures regarding assigned tasks
- Contributing to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes
You’ll join a group of enthusiastic, dedicated people, creating fantastic atmosphere.
The role is based in Łódź.
