Would you like to work with interesting process, registering agreements and card products, work with Commercial & Consumer customers? We are now looking for a Process Officer or Junior Process Officer to help customer in various cards services.

Welcome to the Cards 2 Production Team. We add value by providing new card product such as First Card to Corporate customers or Debit & Credit cards to Consumer customers in Sweden. As Process Officer you’ll play a valuable role in being part of Consumer and Applications group
What you’ll be doing:
- Working with onboarding new agreements for corporate cards
- Register various card products such as First Card, Visa Business Gold, Nordea Debit and many more.
- Creating and updating documentation of customer in the systems
- Contributing to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes
You’ll join a group of enthusiastic, dedicated people, creating fantastic atmosphere. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- English on good level
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Analytical skills
