Welcome to the CMO FI Operations, Cash Management Loro Team. We add value by daily cash management service towards financial ins. As the Process Officer you will play a valuable role in operating and enabling Nordea's customers to use our service with main focus on being one point of entry of financial institutions.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring sustainability of the processes and delivering with respect to agreed service level
- Acting as one point of entry for financial institutions in their daily operational cash management issues by being the hub of all customer dialogues
- Producing changes to improve performance in terms of tasks performed (LEAN methodology)
- Cooperating with stakeholders and retained teams situated in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark
- Creating, developing and updating documentation and procedures

Your experience and background:
- Graduated at least secondary school
- Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Analytical mind
