Your new role
Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for performing detailed process review together with SSC's Accountants and local finance leaders. Contributes and monitors optimization action planning & deployment. Proactively attends SSC's meetings. Defines best practice solution with Business Process Owners (BPO). Maintains Service Level Agreements, KPIs and their updates Maintains Process Descriptions and monitors quality and validity of working instructions. Cooperates with Group Internal Audit team to ensure compliance and implies updates to flow charts, process maps and related documentation Creates the optimization and standardization project plan, including the scope and deliverables per milestone, resource allocations, budget and schedule. Manages upgrade projects of existing IT tools from company side, secures their optimal settings for process excellence and supports Group IT function in IT tools deployment projects. Creates work instructions first release. Cooperates with local Super Users, appoints skilled SSC's employees and manages Super Users to support projects and utilize the experience and skills for the continuous process improvement of services.
What you'll need to succeed
University degree, Experience in change management and project management preferably in SSC (accounting: AP/AR/GL), Accounting ERP Systems knowledge, English fluent, Proven experience leading and identifying process improvements, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt or LEAN certification will be beneficial. Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and negotiation skills, excellent collaborative skills, self-motivated, goal-oriented and proactive, High ability to work under time pressure and in rapidly changing environment, Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines is essential
