About this opportunity
Welcome to the Common Functions team. As Process Expert, Łódź you’ll play a valuable role in in supporting entire Payment Services area and our international stakeholders.
As a Process Expert, you will be:
- Responsible for system parametrization and technical maintenance of SMARTI application.
- Creating, analyzing and grading VBA macros in Payment Services unit.
- Uncovering areas for improvement, as well as developing and implementing solutions.
- Advising and supporting the business with delivering on efficiency.
- Serving as an ambassador and role model for 'data driven organization'.
You’ll join a team of dedicated and experienced professionals, ready to share their knowledge and support your development. The role is based in Łódź.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Have practical VBA knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrate proactive and creative approach towards problem solving.
- Are willing to learn and expand knowledge, especially within technical fields (i.e. Java, Jira).
Your experience and background:
- Proven track record of implementing improvements
- Ability to professionally communicate in English
- Practical or theoretical knowledge of Jira in not essential, but welcome.
