Process Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- designing, implementing, controlling and optimizing industrial processes
- cooperating closely with operations department managers to assess existing processes
- costs analysis and optimization so to improve production/logistics rates and KPIs
- designing and testing processes upgrades and new process systems
- ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards
- developing routines and best practices to ensure final product/service quality
- developing standardized operating instructions for processes upgrades
- providing processes documents and standard operating procedures
- collection and verification of processes data from various areas of the operational department
- coordination of day-to-day activities related to data collection from all industrial areas
- analysis and implementation of solutions to improve processes
- active participation in the process of continuous improvement of internal processes
- preparation of database for analysis and definition of the Integrated Operations Plan
- identification and defining of KPIs with analysis of the deviations with respect to the Integrated Operations Plan
- cooperation with operational FMs to support them in deep processes analysis and data collection
- preparation and coordination of periodic reports according to agreed reporting plan
- supporting leaders in ongoing projects within the agreed range of responsibilities
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- educational background: process engineer, process development engineer, process systems engineer
- minimum 3 year experience in similar role
- minimum English B2

- planning and good time management skills
- practical understanding of work safety regulations
- adaptability and high communication skills
OPTIONAL:
- Italian B2
- practical knowledge of lean management / value stream mapping
