We are currently looking for a person to join our team as:
The Process Engineer core job is oversee, maintain and optimize internal operational processes. You will also be responsible of maintaining the efficiency of production in order to reduce costs, testing and monitoring equipment, updating current system processes and improving the sustainability.
- close cooperation with variety of responsible managers in operation department to assess existing processes
- analyzing to reduce costs and improve production/logistics rates and KPI's
- designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems
- ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards
- developing routines and best practices to ensure final product/service quality
- developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process
- providing process documents and standard operating procedures
- collection and verification of process data from various areas of the operational department
- coordination of day-to-day activities related to data collection from all industrial areas
- analysis and implementation of solutions to improve processes
- active participation in the process of continuous improvement of internal processes
- identification and defining of KPI’s with analysis of the deviations
- cooperation with operational Functional Managers to support them in deep process analysis and data collection
- preparation and coordination of periodic reports according to agreed reporting plan
- supporting leaders in ongoing projects within the agreed range of responsibilities
- educational background: graduate process engineer / process development engineer / process engineer / process systems engineer
- minimum 2-3 year experience in manufacturing environment
- good command of English (B2 minimum)
- understanding work safety regulations
- independent thinking and planning
- analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent data processing skills
- adaptability and high communication skills
- good command of Italian (B2) would be an additional asset
- material flow management / risk assessment knowledge and skills / project management skills – would be an additional asset
- high-level knowledge of process engineering software and systems would be an additional asset
