- Reverse engineering of components in workshop and customer site.
- Responsible for coordinating with production team, engineering, supply chain/ suppliers to release work (material, route card, etc) to the shop-floor with a view point of delivering the job within due date
- Responsible for adapting job cards and work flows to maintain high standards of work, example including additional quality steps, reviewing drawings to highlight critical dimensions and ensuring dimensional sheets are filled up during process.
- Responsible for fully understanding customer needs and special requirements and converting the ideas to engineering aspects and conveying the same to production team.
- Support of the sales team in preparing technical valuations,
- Determining production times, participation in costing
- Review and assessment of processes for continuous improvement
- Identifying operational problems and implementing improvements
- Introducing technological changes
- Defining investment needs
- Preparation of instructions for new production procedures and employee training
- Ongoing control over projects and technical data - checking the correctness of documents, updating the technical base, compliance of the documentation with the quality management system
- Higher engineering education supported by professional experience
- Technological knowledge about production processes and creating technological cycles,
- Polish Language min. B2
- Very good command of English
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing,
- Skills in organizing own work and task delegation
- Ability to analyze problems, identify causes and search for appropriate solutions
- High communication skills
