Process Engineer

For our Client, a multinational production company from chemical industry located in Lower Silesia region, we are looking for an ambitious and talented person to the position of Process Engineer.

The person on this position will be mainly accountable for chemical process optimization to established site manufacturing operations (improving the plant efficiencies, reduce batch cycle time, costs, ensure environmental and health and safety compliance and implement approved ideas – locally, and in other company locations), new product introduction (on safety, feasibility, process definition, equipment selection and quality) with participation of R&D Department, conducting training for operators on process and control systems, ensuring the safe design and application of plant and equipment in line with requirements and participating in projects team where the controls engineer expertise is required.

To be successful in this role you should have at least a few years of professional experience on a similar position in chemical company (knowledge of polyols production is required) and higher technical education (preferred Chemical Technology, Chemistry or similar). A good candidate would have an ability to work in international organization, and capacity of efficient collaboration with personnel of the company from different locations. Proven record of achieved goals while autonomously work is also required as well as a fluent command of Polish and English. The perfect candidate should also possess excellent communication and organizing skills. Moreover he should understanding of Continuous Improvement activities and best practices as well as strong knowledge of HSE standards.
