Main missions
- Support of start ups
- Assistance in business development
- Consultancy in technical decisions
- Selection of suppliers referring to investment goods and production materials
- On-site tasks
- Assistance in selection of personnel
- Training of employees
- Assistance of the local management
- Transfer of the group-wide cooperate culture Assistance of all operations during the start-up period
- Follow-up of the main suppliers concerning costs, quality and timing
- Improvements and re-organization of production processes
- Support of the plant managers to achieve the required aims concerning productivity and profitability targets
- Transfer of new production technologies in the different plants
- Reporting to the COO of the Group
Skills
- Bachelor/Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing
- Good knowledge in injection molding of plastics (thermoplastics)
- LEAN principles: Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing TQM and IATF 16949
- 2+ years of professional experience in comparable function
- Good knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of languages:
- Fluent in Polish
- Good knowledge in English is mandatory
- Another foreign language like Italian and French is an asset
- Good communication skills
- Correct behavior
- Well-structured working method
- High sense of responsibility
- Readiness of permanent education

- Readiness to travel
