Factory Process Engineering Team is responsible for determining the operations and activities required to assemble, test and ship the products offered by DELL. It estimates production costs, sets time standards and issues recommendations regarding the tools and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Designs, implements and maintains the infrastructure and testing processes of products (computer hardware).
The Team also develops, implements and monitors engineering standards, verifies the efficiency of production processes and the efficiency of individual lines. Maintains data and reporting systems to coordinate production operations. As part of the daily duties Process Data Analyst:
- Creates and troubleshoots issues with standard daily/weekly/monthly reports with minimal variance
- Analyses business data, provides assessments of trends, identifies and explains variances from goals
- Designs, develops and implements business intelligence dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis
- Proactively analyses trends, causes and variances
- Develops data collection logic to extract required information for reporting
- Maintains data sources, cleans and validates data as needed
- Develops reporting automation logic
- Strong analytical skills and innovative approach to problem solving
- Very good knowledge of MS office (Proficiency in Excel is a must), experience in Macros and task automation using Visual Basic
- Ability to create statistics and to provide conclusions and directions based on data analysis
- Knowledge of SQL (standard queries and build in procedures creation)
- Ability to communicate in English and Polish both verbal and written
- Knowledge of production processes
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of any programing languages (Visual Basic, Python, C#) as an advantage
