As an RPA and Big Data Analytics IT Product Manager, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join over 400 colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with IT, HR, financial and procurement operations. The PM role has a focus on keeping Arla ahead of the curve when it comes to self-service analytics (Power BI), automation (RPA) and Big Data Analytics. It covers all organizational touch points of Analytics Powerhouse such as Finance, HR, Members, Commercial and Supply Chain and with a close cooperation with IT Operations. Your main task is to ensure we deliver the right projects and features related to self-service analytics and automation to maximize the value of our IT investments and drive the Citizen development and Digital agenda forward. Stakeholder management and communication skills are crucial for your success and as you will have stakeholders on all levels of the organization it is important you bring confidence and strong business knowledge to the table.
You will be a key player in our organization and part of the Release Train Management where you will facilitate the SAFe processes for the release train in the role of a Product Manager for your area. You will work closely in the management of the train with the Solution Architects, Release Train Engineer, Product Owners and many others from across the IT organization.

- Securing funding for the program
- Mobilizing the teams; including the daily coaching of Product Owners in your area to ensure high performance
- Creating the program/train roadmap
- Lead several of the SAFe ceremonies
- People manager for several team members
- Building an effective Product Manager/Product Owner team where you manage the de-livery of great features to the business within the area of Self-Service analytics and Automation
You bring a relevant master degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience of working with IT projects and programmes within an Agile setup. The nature of the role means a strong Data and Analytics awareness and understanding is important in order to successfully navigate in a complex stakeholder environment. Outstanding communication skills (in English) comes naturally, where you thrive in engaging with people from different backgrounds and cultures to successfully deliver objectives. Experience with Automation and Analytics is an advantage.
The Self-Service Analytics, Automation and Big Data Analytics agenda is currently being scaled up, so a major stakeholder will be IT Operations where on-going support and maintenance will be managed from. The role will therefore work closely with IT Operations to ensure the continued success.
You are self-driven, results-oriented and focused on achieving goals with the priority deliverables and have the ability to ensure the teams, product owners, program management team and business have a great collaboration.
We want to strengthen the IT Product Manager function and require a strong profile to strengthen our delivery capabilities across self-service analytics. You will join our IT Solutions team with 200+ other colleagues located in Denmark, Germany, Poland and UK.
