About this opportunity
Welcome to the Identity Access Management (IAM) Access Solutions Development team. We add value by developing IAM services with the technical capability to comply to Nordea's regulatory and business demands within the IAM area. As a Privileged Access Management Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in furthering our PAM capability towards compliance and security requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting IAM Compliance functions with solutions towards privileged access
- Maturing our PAM capabilities based on CyberArk
- Being part of the PAM team developing solutions for onboarding of new platforms
- Conducting regular meetings with stakeholders in order to improve compliance level and support hardening activities
- Contributing to robust and effective PAM controls within the organisation
You’ll join a unique department in Nordea specialising in Access Governance development with collegues based in Denmark, Sweden and Poland. The role is based in Gdynia or Warsaw.

- Have a willingness to take ownership of PAM processes and be a key part in the continuous maturation and hardening of the PAM field in Nordea
Your experience and background:
- At least 5 years of documented experience within the PAM area (CyberArk or similar tool). Preferably related to the financial sector.
- Strong PAM-related architectural skills with knowledge of PAM use-cases towards major platforms such as Mainframe/RACF, AD, *nix, databases as well as networking infrastructure
- Knowledge of VPN, MFA and Zero Trust domains and methodologies
- Ideally, knowledge of compliance topics and related frameworks such as SWIFT, COBIT, NIST and ISO 2700x
- Fluent in English
