- Design and deliver the plan to achieve growth and development of stock moving from all country of origin, domestic and cross border supply points, to our Distribution Centres in Central Europe and the UK by road or rail.
- Plan and Scope the introduction and imbedding of our comprehensive fresh and grocery consolidation that covers our Central Europe business.
- Managing all International Sourcing inbound flows into the UK and/or Central Europe distribution network.
- Generating and implementing improvements to the way we transport goods throughout the supply chain to reduce road miles and to save cost.
- Build the capability of managers, providing data based feedback and coaching to energise and enable performance.
- Leads, motivates and develops a team of passionate Primary Account Management who together are proud to be part of the Primary Operation that is the envy of our competitors.
- Explores and leads new industry thinking by researching what Primary developments are being developed and assessing compatibility within our business.
- Work collaboratively with Product and Channel teams to develop solutions that optimize Supply Chain efficiency and delivers cost savings.
- Academy of Economics - Master of Science, engineer
- Wide international experience within supply chain, logistics structures
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated in: Collaboration, Resilience and Empathy
