The main focus of the role is to develop the pricing technology used by business of global Auto-motive Company. The position holder will develop electronic pricing and data analysis systems working closely with the trading and quant teams. This is an excellent and rare opportunity to work very closely with the auto-motive business.
Job Background/context:
Working as part of the Princing team to develop best-in-class technology tools & models for the business. The auto-motive business supports a wide range of clients from all over the world and is active across a wide range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with technologists, analysts & developers in preparing final analysis for developing production code for the electronic pricing platform during implementation time
- Engineering high performance and reliability in the pricing system and development process
- Working with dedicated Support for pricing solution
- Participation in the process of analysis, designing, implementation and testing of new functionalities in final solution
- Working with business and functional analysts, and software & solution architects to develop programs and integration between them in final solution
- Working with third party entities on new cutting edge products and solutions
- Cooperation with different departments accorrding to maitain the final solution
Required Knowledge/Experience:
- Knowledge and experience of delivering business and technical solutions in production pricing solutions
- Collaboration with developers and vendors in a team environment, working in a geographically distributed team
- Experience with the pricing systems and its development processes
- Knowledge of business pricing processes
- Experience of working in pricing solutions implementation team
- Experience of working closely with traders/vendors
- Experience with modern development tools and systems (e.g. Git, Subversion Jira)
