Zadania:
- Identify key pricing points from legal contracts
- Creation of client rate cards and system upload sheets and ensuring the upload of rates into the SAP system in a timely manner
- Understanding and identifying the scenario under which the rate card will be applicable
- Regular reports preparation and liaison with onshore on a daily basis
- Relationship credit estimates preparation
- Volume discounts relationship credit estimates preparation
- Responsibility for assigned KPI’s to meet customer needs
- Performing quality control checks to ensure consistent quality of work
- Participation in regular process reviews with clients and key stakeholders, as needed
- Escalation of issues and risks to the manager
- University Degree: Management, Economy, Engineering or Finance and Accounting background
- At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in a Shared Service/BPO environment or sales administration/sales finance or pricing team
- Proficiency in data entry and data management
- Fluent English and Polish
- SAP experience
- Highly competent user of Microsoft desktop productivity tools, MS Excel mandatory
- Experience in formulas and macros in MS Excel will be an advantage
- Knowledge of pricing process/mechanism will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel, particularly during transition
- Willingness to work in a service environment, understanding customer centric organizations
- Quality orientation, attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and ability to cope with changing priorities
- Teamwork, analytical and good communication skills
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
