CEVA Logistics is looking for a candidate for the position:
Overall objectives and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for pre sales IT concept design process, including data analysis, solution design, resource & cost model preparation and providing Business Development with the required input to technical and commercial proposals for new projects. You will be part of the team covering IT concept preparation across Eastern Europe.
Purpose of the role:
- Solution Design and pricing input for RFQ responses: designing of logistics concepts including pricing with special focus on solutions to warehousing
- Analyze customer’s business needs as provided within the tender to propose on optimal solution
- Close cooperation with Business Development and Solution Design Operations in order to gather required technical input to deliver on IT proposal
- Influencing, promoting and facilitating delivery of corporate strategic solutions to IT
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT for Contract Logistics
- Pre Sales to IT experience will be an asset
- Designing of warehousing concepts
- Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (preferably BlueYonder)
- Experience in providing costs estimations
- Fluency in English (German would be nice to have)
- Communication and team work skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills
- Willingness to travel
