We hold offices in the USA, Canada and Europe however our headquarters are based in Gdansk, Poland. Currently we have over 250 employees and we would like to expand our team by adding one more creative and energetic member who will hold the position of PPC Manager.
- Own and manage global marketing campaigns on Google Adwords, Bing ads and Yahoo
- Manage campaign accounts with an annual budget of $2 - $2.5 million
- Execute and optimize paid search campaigns using ads development and testing, budget allocation, bid management, performance monitoring, keyword expansion and beta testing
- To estimate, plan and optimize monthly costs within the allocated budget
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize conversion and grow revenue on paid search campaigns
- Employ Adivore software for continuous PPC monitoring and accuracy
- Develop high conversion landing pages and lead conversion points
- Increase conversion by running measurable A/B tests on ads and landing pages
- Contribute to business strategy development by providing blended SEM reporting
- The position is eligible for a performance bonus in addition to the base salary
- Several years of documented experience in managing PPC campaigns (preferably on a global scale)
- Thorough understanding of PPC best practices and techniques
- Thorough understanding of on-line business mechanisms and marketing channels other than PPC
- Work experience in a SaaS business environment is a strong advantage
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- High level of work ethic, self-reliance and the ability to be a process owner
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels within an organization
- Ability to work in an English language environment
