About this opportunity
Welcome to the Service Excellence team. We add value by improving HR Services. As Power Platform Junior Developer, Lodz, Warszawa, Gdansk, Gdynia you’ll play a valuable role in the process of digitalization our HR processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- developing new applications within Microsoft Power Platform which support our HR processes,
- collaborating with People Professionals to collect requirements & needs for new tools,
- automating repetitive tasks for operational teams,
- maintaining existing solutions,
- exploring & identifying opportunities for future improvements,
- sharing knowledge with other solution developers,
- implementing agile approach in the development.
You’ll join a Service Excellence team which brings HR processes to the next level. The role is based in Gdańsk; Gdynia; Warsaw; Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- experience in Power Apps / Power Automate,
- basic knowledge of programming (HTML, CSS, JS, JSON),
- interest in User Experience,
- problem solving mindset,
- English on communicative level (at least B1),
- HR experience is not required.
